Municipality Asset Register is a systematic record of all movable and immovable assets owned, controlled, maintained or transferred to Erattupetta Municipality. The Register contains details of municipal properties and infrastructure under ten major categories, namely Land, Buildings, Roads, Lanes, Culverts and Bridges, Drinking Water, Irrigation, Electricity, Solid Waste Disposal and Movable Assets. It serves as an important tool for identification, protection, valuation, accounting, maintenance, monitoring and effective utilization of municipal assets. The Register also supports the Municipality in planning development and maintenance activities, ensuring proper management of public resources, facilitating statutory audit and strengthening transparent and accountable local governance.
